Dear Friends,
This is to confirm that this year’s lunch will be held at the venue and time as detailed above. Please note that gentlemen are required to wear a tie & jacket.
The cost of the lunch this year will be £65. The price includes a three course lunch, coffee, wine, room hire and V.A.T
Rules regarding payment
Confirmation of attendance is when I am in receipt of your payment by Bank Transfer for the event. Those wishing to attend should send their payment to me at the earliest opportunity to ensure that they are registered on the attendees list.
I need to be in receipt of your payment not later than 31st October. You should be aware that the maximum number the room will hold is 80. Therefore if you leave it until the 31st October the lunch may be fully booked. Avoid disappointment and get your payment to me A.S.A.P.
If you have paid for the lunch and subsequently find you cannot attend your money will be refunded but only if I am informed not later than 31st October. If you cancel your attendance after 31st October I may not be able to refund your money unless I can substitute your place with another person.
